All cases must be accompanied by a completed lab slip detailing the specific requirements, materials, and instructions for each restoration.
Digital files should be sent in compatible formats (e.g., STL for intraoral scans).
Turnaround Time:
Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity.
Rush services are available with prior approval and may incur additional fees.
Shipping:
Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise arranged. All shipments are insured.
Remakes and Adjustments:
Remakes will be processed free of charge if due to lab error or manufacturing defects. Adjustments required for fit or shade changes due to incorrect instructions will be subject to additional fees.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements are made. Accounts past due may be subject to service interruptions.
Warranty:
VeneerPlus guarantees the quality of its materials and workmanship for a specified period (e.g., 5 years for restorations). Failures due to clinical error or improper care are not covered under warranty.
